Lift Your Home
Above the Storm.
Turnkey home elevation from LCC Construction Group. We raise your house onto a new steel-and-pier foundation, then finish everything, so the next flood flows under your home instead of through it.
From slab to storm-ready.
- 00
Before
Your home sits at grade, below the flood line. One surge and the water is inside.
- 01
Excavate Fortified
Crews dig and tunnel beneath the home to make room for steel.
- 02
Steel Beams Fortified
Steel I-beams slide under the structure. They stay in place as part of the new foundation.
- 03
Hydraulic Lift Fortified
Synchronized hydraulic jacks raise the entire house while timber cribbing supports it at every stage.
- 04
New Piers LCC
We top the foundation piers and lock the home at its new height.
- 05
Stairs, Utilities & Build-Out LCC
New stairs and deck, plumbing and electrical reconnected, finishes completed and inspected.

Storm-Ready You
When the water comes, it flows underneath. Your living space stays high and dry.
Stop rebuilding after every storm.
More Florida homeowners are choosing elevation as the long-term answer to flooding. Get your living space above the water line and change what a storm means for your home.
Flood Protection
Raising the home above the required flood elevation keeps surge and heavy rain out of your living space.
Potential Insurance Savings
Elevated homes may qualify for lower flood insurance premiums. We'll provide the documentation your agent needs.
Keep the Home You Love
Stay in your neighborhood and keep your house. Elevation is often a smarter path than tearing down and rebuilding.
Meet Floodplain Code
Substantially damaged or improved homes in flood zones often must be brought up to current elevation requirements.
Add Long-Term Value
An elevated home on a new foundation is a stronger selling point in coastal Florida markets.
Space Underneath
The area below your raised home can be designed for parking, storage or access, built to flood-zone code.
Specialists lift it.
We finish it.

Home elevation FAQ
How high will my home be raised?
The target height is set by your flood zone, local floodplain rules and your goals. We confirm the requirement for your property during planning.
Can I stay in the house during the project?
Usually not. Utilities are disconnected during the lift and foundation work. You'll get a clear schedule so you can plan around it.
What types of homes can be elevated?
Many homes can be lifted, including slab-on-grade and block homes. Every house is different, so we evaluate the structure on a site visit before recommending a plan.
Will elevating lower my flood insurance?
It may. Premiums depend on your policy and your home's elevation after the project. Talk with your insurance agent; we can supply the project documentation they'll need.
Are there grants or assistance programs?
Some homeowners qualify for federal, state or local mitigation programs. Availability changes, so check with your county. We're happy to provide what your program requires.
Why one team instead of separate contractors?
Elevation touches the foundation, structure, utilities and access all at once. Coordinating the lift and the finish work under one plan cuts delays, scope gaps and finger-pointing.
